Recently the number one handset brand Symphony Mobile has opened its 48th Customer Care center at Gaibandha. This customer care was inaugurated by Symphony Mobile’s Head of Customer Service Division Mr. S.M. Morshed-Uz-Zaman & Head of Customer Service Operation Mr. Abul Kalam Azad. Other high officials of Edison Group were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
“Symphony mobile has already 47 customer care centers all over Bangladesh. These service centers will help to ensure necessary and instant services to the rapidly increasing customer base” said S.M. Morshed-Uz-Zaman.
Currently Symphony has 48 service centers and 31 collection points across the country. The service centers will offer free service for handsets with warranty, but customers will also get service for out- of- warranty handsets at an affordable cost.
